WHAT KIND OF PRIVATE HIRE EVENTS CAN BE HELD AT THE OLYMPIC?

At Olympic, we pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate any request, large or small. Our state-of-the-art cinema screens, expert chefs, and experienced waiting and bar staff work collaboratively to ensure that all your needs are met under one roof.

We have hosted film and music premieres, press junkets, location shoots, album launches, and Q&As for film, television, music, and media companies.

Additionally, we have organized a range of corporate away-days, company parties, business presentations, and family events, including birthdays and wedding celebrations.

WHAT ARE THE FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS? 

Located downstairs, our relaxed Café & Dining Room is open seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our experienced team of chefs are happy to curate bespoke set menus or canapés for your event. 
  
Sweet tooth? Popcorn, luxurious home-made ice-cream and a range of snacks are available in our Sweet Shop, open both day and night.

Screen 2 and the Members’ Screening Room are equipped with a pop-up bar that can be stocked with alcoholic and soft drinks, along with Sweet Shop treats – all of which can be enjoyed at your cinema seat.

WHAT SPACES CAN BE HIRED PRIVATELY? 

SCREENS

We have 3 cinemas screens available for individual exclusive hire:    

Screen 1  - 136 seats
Mon -Thurs: 9am-5pm
£1,125 + VAT per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Mon - Thurs: 5pm - Midnight 
£1,650 +VAT per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Friday - Sunday: 9am - Midnight 
£2,250 + VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Screen 2  - 73 seats
Mon - Thurs: 9am-5pm
£550 + VAT per hour (Minimum of 2 hours)

Mon - Thurs: 5pm - Midnight
£850 +VAT per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Friday- Sunday: 9am - Midnight
£1,200 + VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Screening Room  - 17 seats -  no wheelchair access
Mon - Sun (All day)  £600 inclusive of VAT (3 hours)
Members get a 10% off

We can cater for up to 110 seated diners or up to 140 people ‘party-style’ and hire includes exclusive use of the terrace.

THE GREEN ROOM

Up to 35 guests standing or dining up to 20 guests.

MEETING ROOM

8-seat Board Room.

Any combination of the above spaces can be mixed and matched to suit your needs.

Although our Members’ Club cannot be hired exclusively, members can reserve areas within it for dinner or drinks parties. This space can also be used for cinema private hire.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE EXCLUSIVELY?

Screen 1 - From £2000 (minimum 2 hour hire).     

Screen 2 - From £1200 (minimum 2 hour hire).

The Green Room Monday to Friday - Half day hire £200 or £180 for members, 9am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm    
All day hire Monday to Friday £350 or £315 for members, 9am - 6pm    
Evening and weekend minimum spend - please contact our events team    
Special daily rate for conferences from 9am - 5pm available.
