Please note that tickets are non-refundable. We do not charge extra for 3D presentations. The ticket price includes a £2.00 administration fee per ticket.
Tickets are also non-exchangeable although under exceptional circumstances, with at least 24 hours notice, an exchange for a specific performance may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we are only able to exchange tickets once, that exchanges must comprise the entire ticket order and that bookings cannot be exchanged for credit or vouchers.
The box office phone lines are open for ticket bookings from 09:00 - 21:00
Please note that children under 2 years of age are prohibited, except for Babes in Arms screenings.
Footstools are only available for patrons sitting in the front row of each screen.
Aside from bottles of water, only refreshments purchased from the Sweet Shop may be taken into screenings.
Cinema tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). Suitable identification may be requested at the box office.
We have a lift from street level to the ground, first and second floor and Screens One and Two are wheelchair-accessible. We recommend that wheelchair users, or customers with access requirements call when booking to discuss carer tickets (we are part of the CEA Cardholder initiative) and to offer seating of maximum comfort and convenience.
